Enrollment

The Cedar School is offered to children ages 15 months (or as young as 12 months if independently walking and self-feeding) through 6 years old and is guided by its mission, vision, and values.

Cedar School provides safe, stable, high-quality early care and education. The school operates year-round and offers ongoing enrollment throughout the year.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; we offer an 8:00 a.m. early drop-off option for an additional cost, space permitting. Early drop-off children receive breakfast upon arrival.

Children and families will be accepted for care and services regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sexual preference, national origin, gender identity or expression, or ability.

All application, enrollment, accounting, and health and immunization forms must be completed before enrollment.

​

Once notified of an enrollment opportunity, families must secure the spot with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's tuition. The deposit is placed toward the child's final month of attendance; a one-month notice is required to apply the deposit.

 

If a classroom is full, applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Open spots for those on the waitlist are offered with consideration to the chronological order of the application, as well as the child's age and stage of development during the time of school entry.
